About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Business Partner to join our HR team at SBC for a 13-month temporary assignment. Reporting to Karolina Fredriksson, HR Director SBC, you will be part of an experienced and supportive team focused on enabling the success of our people and business.

Key Responsibilities

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our work culture, empowering managers and employees, and driving organizational success at all levels. You’ll combine global best practices with local insights, acting as a trusted advisor to help our people and business reach their full potential. With a focus on coaching, collaboration, and relationship building, you will enable continuous growth in a dynamic workplace.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting managers with core people practices and guiding their development through coaching and feedback
  • Leading and participating in HR projects to promote and implement best practices
  • Overseeing HR administration, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor law
  • Building strong working relationships with local unions and employee representatives to foster a collaborative climate
  • Applying analytical skills to identify and drive opportunities for improvement and informed decision-making
  • Delivering initiatives in reward, talent and succession management, organizational development, and labor law
  • Continuously enhancing our manager onboarding program to support current and future leaders
  • Collaborating closely across HR and business functions to refine and advance processes and solutions

Qualifications and Experience

We’re looking for someone with strong initiative, self-leadership, and a coaching mindset. You approach challenges with professionalism and openness, and are motivated by supporting colleagues and organizational growth. You thrive in both strategic and operational contexts and foster a trusting, forward-looking workplace.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Fluency in Swedish and English, with excellent communication skills
  • An academic degree in social sciences, labor law, business, or equivalent
  • Proven experience in transactional HR and/or local labor law
  • Hands-on experience in planning, driving, and completing projects
  • An agile, self-starter attitude with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
  • A desire to broaden your HR expertise and business understanding
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing HR is a plus
